I am so glad you’re here! My name is Julie Langley, and I am a wife and proud mother of four amazing kids. I am delighted you have found this space and hope it becomes a place of reflection and inspiration for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This space was created out of my journey over the past few years…my journey of learning how to be more authentically myself. As I began expanding my perspectives about life, people, humanity in general, I’ve had an increasing need to be more mindful of the world around me and intentional about how I respond to that world. Whether it’s working one-on-one with a student or being part of a large group or community, I’ve realized those perspectives can greatly impact how I respond and react to the world around me. I’ve learned that standing in my truth and speaking and acting with reflection and intention is HARD. It’s a process, and I’m learning to embrace new realizations about myself all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How I approach my relationships, how I show up in the world, the words I use and the boundaries I set, all matter. I’ve learned to give myself grace, when my words or actions have not resulted in the outcomes I intended or expected, and I’m embracing the process of growth that tells me it’s okay. If you’re on your own journey to discover ways you may want to grow and are realizing you may need to find grace for yourself as well, I hope you will join me in finding grace and room to grow.
